Join us for Synergy Fest 2008!

Synergy Fest is a fun and informative event held at Melody Park on the campus of New Mexico Highlands University.
Now in its fifth year, Synergy Fest brings people and organizations together with a common goal of increasing the use
of solar and sustainable energy in New Mexico. Several types of vendor/exhibitor spaces are available:

Arts & Crafts Village – For the sale of handmade creations.

Food - We are especially interested in vendors offering healthy, sustainable food, although others will be considered.

Solar/renewable energy offerings – For those with goods or services for sale.  If you are exhibiting free information only, the booth fee will be waived.

Sunshine Kids Village – For kid-friendly games and activities.

Spaces are $50, or $150 for the sale of food.
Gates open for setup at 6:00pm Friday the 25th , with all-night security present, and close at 10:00am Saturday—firm.
Saturday the 26th, festival begins 11:00am and runs till 6:00pm, at which point music may continue but gates open
for exiting traffic. Slots are partitioned into 11' x 11' areas, with a limited number of tables available on a first-come
first-serve basis.  Tents or tarps in case of inclement weather are advised.
